Diet Plan for Patients of Depression

Depression is the most common of all emotional disorders. Some common symptoms of depression are; loss of appetite, giddiness, constipation, low body temperature, low blood pressure and body aches. The excessive intake of carbohydrates, white sugar, coffee, tea and less consumption of fruits and vegetables lead to indigestion. Due to indigestion gases are produced in the digestive tract. This in turn reduces the supply of oxygen to tissues which raises the level of carbon dioxide thus causing depression.

Chapatti + Salad + Vegetable + Dal / Brown rice / Chicken/Fish (once in week)
